Pádraic Delaney est un acteur irlandais né le 6 novembre 1977 à Wexford. Ses parents sont Sheelagh et Michael Delaney et il a trois grands frères : Philip, Conor et Emmett ainsi que deux jeunes sœurs : Tracey et Gemma.
Il a étudié à la Colaiste Abbain Secondary School à Adamstown et à la Trinity College à Dublin. Il fait parti de l'Enniscorthy Theatre Group avec sa mère.
